WELCOME THE "BER" MONTH

Onli in the Pilipins na pag sumapit na ang buwan na may "ber" sa hulihan ay Pasko na! Isang awiting pamasko ang bumati sa akin nang buksan ko ang telebisyon nang umagang ako'y magising. (Natatandaan ba ninyo ang sinabi ko noong nakaraang buwan? Na sa edad ko ngayon, kung gusto kong manood nang hanggang hatinggabi, o ang kabaligtaran nitong manood nang umagang-umaga, wala nang sey doon ang iba). Tunay na sa mga panahong ito, paminsan-minsa'y binubuksan ko ang telebisyon pagkagising (nakapag-usal na naman ako nang pasasalamat sa Itaas) at depende sa aking inklinasyon ang channel na aking pinupuntahan. At sa unang araw ng Setyembre, himig pamasko na ang aking narinig. Siyempre, masaya at natuwa ako. Kaya lamang, ang buwan ng Setyembre ay may pansariling kahulugan at kahalagahan sa akin, kaya, ibibigay ko muna rito ang karampatang atensiyon ko.

Halimbawa, tinipon ko ang mga awit na may kasamang "September" sa lyrics nito. Tara, umawit muna tayo...

Nag-isip din naman ako ng kantang tagalog o Pilipino na may salitang "Setyembre" ngunit wala akong mahagilap, maliban sa awit na ito:

Hunyo, Hulyo, Agosto, SETYEMBRE, Oktubre
Nobyembre, Disyembre...
