It's Valentine Season again!

To usher in the month of hearts, here's a Valentine Poem by my 10-year old apo.

A Valentine Poem

You are good as gold to me,
You are everything I see,
I wonder if you'll be to me
My Valentine

And my daughter's comment: The spring-like days we're having must be inspiring. Our dining room table has been littered with poetry books, and impromptu readings have been known to occur. It is heartwarming to find them (her 10 and 8 year old kids) take to poetry without any prompting, and to have favorite poets and poems. There is yet hope for me.
